On Tuesdays the company often combines the English and non English tours as there aren’t as many people due to Peles Castle being closed (you still see the gardens though). Our tour guide Gabriel was really helpful and managed the group well. He wasn’t forceful in making people buy the castle tickets with him and treated everyone equally. We got back to Bucharest in a timely manner (arriving 7:30pm).”

“We arrived at the meeting point a few minutes early, exactly as stated on the ticket (07:00). However, the company quietly changed the departure time to 06:50 in an email, written in very small print and without any clear notice. By 07:00, no one was there, and other participants also seemed to miss this change. When selling extra services, the company reached out quickly and directly (even via WhatsApp). But for something critical—like a change in time or meeting location—they failed to communicate properly. This shows poor reliability and lack of transparency. Very disappointing experience.”

“Both castles were very rushed. We barely had 30 min at Bran Castle due to the wait in line. Should cancel the stop in Brasov and only do the two castles. Should also offer the tour w the castle entry tickets included. It’s too messy to expect customers to read the fine print, and go to a 2nd website to book the entry tickets. Also the Gray Line site was down so it was not possible to pay for the entry tickets. I bought them at each castle website based on the times indicated in the booking (9-11 at Peles w latest admission at 11am - the text was confusing).…”

“Fantastic tour guide Serban. High spirits and good conversation from start to finish which is not easy - he was funny and intelligent. The tour itself is insightful and we got incredibly lucky to have a lot of snow but I can imagine it would be beautiful none the less. Bonus point I left my valuables in the car at the end of the tour and he kindly drove back to drop them off after I insisted I’d pick them up”
