On Tuesdays the company often combines the English and non English tours as there aren’t as many people due to Peles Castle being closed (you still see the gardens though). Our tour guide Gabriel was really helpful and managed the group well. He wasn’t forceful in making people buy the castle tickets with him and treated everyone equally. We got back to Bucharest in a timely manner (arriving 7:30pm).”

“I am very disappointed by the organization of the tour. They left before the established time and never even tried to reach out to me. In my many years of travelling I have never had a bot as customer service presentative and have still not been able to reach a real person to talk about my refund.”

“We arrived at the meeting point a few minutes early, exactly as stated on the ticket (07:00). However, the company quietly changed the departure time to 06:50 in an email, written in very small print and without any clear notice. By 07:00, no one was there, and other participants also seemed to miss this change. When selling extra services, the company reached out quickly and directly (even via WhatsApp). But for something critical—like a change in time or meeting location—they failed to communicate properly. This shows poor reliability and lack of transparency. Very disappointing experience.”

“It was really good. Both guide and driver know how to move well amongst the different destinations and delivered the best time schedule available to live the most out of the sights. The guide Ioana was excellent and apart from explaining everything in detail, she also gave us suggestions on the city of Bucharest.”

“There were two guides in – Ariana & Mirela. Both were excellent, super kind & available for whatever you wanted, from questions to tips about the city in general. 10/10 — recommend! Driver was also amazing, smooth driving and friendly!”
